PARDON PATRICK TATE ADAMIAK

Petition to President Donald J. Trump

WHEREAS: Patrick Tate Adamiak is a thirty-one-year-old United States Navy veteran with no prior criminal record, who served his country honorably for ten years; and

WHEREAS: In April 2022, Joe Biden's weaponized ATF kicked down Tate Adamiak's door, found nothing illegal, and proceeded to manufacture federal charges against an innocent man; and

WHEREAS: Tate Adamiak was railroaded by Biden's politicized Department of Justice and sentenced to twenty years in federal prison for crimes he did not commit; and

WHEREAS: Every legal avenue has now closed, leaving a presidential pardon as Tate Adamiak's only path home to his family;

THEREFORE: As an American citizen and supporter of the Second Amendment, I urge President Trump to right this Biden-era injustice immediately, issue a full pardon to Patrick Tate Adamiak, and bring this innocent Navy veteran home.

Dear Fellow Patriot,

This is every American's worst nightmare.

A decade of honorable service to your country. No criminal record. Following every law to the letter.

And then one day, Joe Biden's ATF kicks down your door, manufactures charges, and sends you to federal prison for twenty years.

That is what Joe Biden did to Patrick Tate Adamiak. He is now sitting in a federal prison in New Jersey with seventeen years left on a twenty-year sentence, for crimes he never committed.

This injustice would never have happened under President Trump. And only President Trump can fix it.

There is one path home for Tate Adamiak: a presidential pardon.

That's why I need you to sign your "PARDON PATRICK TATE ADAMIAK" petition to President Donald J. Trump right away!
