STOP ATTACKING THE SECOND AMENDMENT

An Open Letter to Jeanine Pirro and all senior GOP officials in Washington, D.C.:

WHEREAS: When the American people, including myself, gave Republicans control of the House, Senate, and White House armed with a pro-gun mandate to repeal gun control, we did so expecting results.

WHEREAS: Just last month, the Washington, D.C. Court of Appeals struck down the city's unconstituitonal magazine ban (Benson v. United States).

WHEREAS: In a Department of Justice brief -- signed by Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia -- Pirro is asking the court for a "redo," arguing the court should have kept the magazine ban on life support instead of striking it down completely.

WHEREAS: If the court does grant an en banc review and the decision is reversed, chances of the U.S. Supreme Court taking up an "Assault Weapons" Ban case will be weakened.

WHEREAS: These kind of actions by Jeanine Pirro only serve to demoralize MILLIONS of gun owners ahead of the critical midterm elections when there is still pro-gun work to be done.

THEREFORE: I insist you STOP ATTACKING the Second Amendment and fight to destroy unconstitutional gun control now instead of supporting it. I implore you to finish enacting the historic pro-gun mandate Americans like myself want, while you still can, and before it’s too late.

Dear Fellow Patriot,

Last month, a 3-judge panel of the D.C. Court of Appeals gave us a HUGE pro-gun ruling STRIKING DOWN Washington D.C.'s magazine ban (Benson v. United States).

However, United States Attorney to the District of Columbia, Jeanine Pirro, thinks the court got it wrong and wants a redo, a.k.a. an en banc review.

This ruling was a win not only for D.C. gun owners, but also a crucial win towards our ultimate goal of eliminating so-called "Assault Weapons" Bans and magazine bans nationwide.

But according to the brief the Department of Justice just filed in the case (signed by Judge Jeanine), she's mad about this win and thinks it might create a "domino effect" on other gun control laws -- particularly D.C.'s unconstitutional and illegal gun registry.

This is the equivalent of a soldier who joins your side, shooting at the same target with you, and then suddenly mid-battle, they turn around and start firing at you instead of the enemy.

That’s why I hope you’ll sign your OPEN LETTER to ALL high-profile Republican officials to STOP Attacking the Second Amendment.
