Tell Congress: End John Cornyn’s Gun Control Petition

To: U.S. Senate Majority Leader John Thune, House Speaker Mike Johnson, and My U.S. Senators and Congressman

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment guarantees that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; and

WHEREAS: Senator John Cornyn joined Joe Biden and anti-gun Democrats to pass the largest federal gun control law in decades; and

WHEREAS: The so-called “Bipartisan Safer Communities Act” has fueled Red Flag gun confiscation, expanded ATF power, and criminalized law-abiding gun owners; and

WHEREAS: This unconstitutional law must be repealed to restore the full intent of the Second Amendment.

THEREFORE: I respectfully urge you to vote to repeal John Cornyn and Joe Biden’s gun control law and support the Second Amendment Restoration Act of 2025 to end this betrayal of our rights.

Senator John Cornyn betrayed gun owners by teaming up with Joe Biden and anti-gun Democrats to ram through the largest federal gun control package in decades — the so-called “Bipartisan Safer Communities Act” three years ago.

Cornyn’s deal with Biden created federal Red Flag funding, waiting periods for young adults, and expanded ATF powers to target private gun sales and small retailers — handing the anti-gun lobby everything they wanted.

Now pro-gun Congressman Wesley Hunt (R-TX-38) has introduced the Second Amendment Restoration Act of 2025, a bill to wipe every word of Cornyn and Biden’s gun control off the books.

But unless grassroots gun owners speak up, the D.C. swamp will bury this bill to protect Cornyn’s legacy.

That’s why I need you to sign your petition right now urging Congress to End John Cornyn’s Gun Control.

Cornyn still brags that his gun control package was a “good start” and proudly calls himself part of “Biden’s coalition of the rational.”
