NO GUN CONTROL MANDATE

Petition To Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger & My Elected Officials

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment guarantees the right of law-abiding citizens — including our veterans — to keep and bear arms; and

WHEREAS: The Bill of Rights of the Virginia Constitution states in Article I, Section 13, “That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state, therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; that standing armies, in time of peace, should be avoided as dangerous to liberty; and that in all cases the military should be under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.”; and

WHEREAS: The gun control lobby is attempting to ram through radical gun control proposals including a so-called “Assault Weapons Ban,” bans on common magazines, bans on common firearms parts, and more; and

WHEREAS: I am a proud pro-gun Virginian from your district, and I support the Second Amendment. I frown upon any politician who votes for any form of gun control.

THEREFORE: As your constituent, I urge you to oppose and vote against ALL gun control in Richmond.

Dear Fellow Patriot,

Anti-gun Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger and her Democrat colleagues are plotting to eviscerate your gun rights in the upcoming legislative session.

A so-called “Assault Weapons” ban, bans on common magazines, bans on common firearms parts, and expanded due process-shredding “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation, are all on the table for their radical anti-gun agenda.

I need your help to light a fire under ill-intentioned politicians in Richmond and demand they cease their assault on your Second Amendment Rights!

For Freedom,
