Enact Pro-Second Amendment Policy NOW!

Petition to Pam Bondi

WHEREAS: Americans deserve an Attorney General who will unequivocally protect the Second Amendment at every turn;

WHEREAS: On February 7th, 2025, President Trump issued a pro-gun Executive Order ordering Pam Bondi to assess ongoing infringements of the Second Amendment, and;

WHEREAS: If Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice do not act to protect the Second Amendment now, gun owners may never see the chance to make these pro-gun gains ever again.

WHEREAS: Pam Bondi should start taking action by:

REPEAL Biden’s “Engaged in the Business” gun control rule.
STOP Making Anti-Gun legal arguments in court. Period.
CLEAN HOUSE of all Deep-State gun grabbers in the DOJ.
STOP building an illegal gun registry at the ATF.
STOP persecuting law-abiding gun owners.
Repeal ALL other Biden-era executive gun control “rules,” policies, and orders.
End the Veterans Gun Ban.

THEREFORE: I am calling for Pam Bondi and the Department of Justic to begin implementing pro-gun reforms as well as rolling back gun control “rules,” policies, and orders, as outlined in the National Association for Gun Rights’ immediate actions to protect the Second Amendment.

Dear Fellow Patriot,

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi wants to be regarded as the most pro-gun Attorney General ever.

However, words and media interviews will never make it so. She must step up and do more… A LOT MORE.

That’s why your National Association for Gun Rights is issuing a stern challenge to Pam Bondi: Prove it with policy action – specifically:

STOP Making Anti-Gun legal arguments in court. Period.
