Petition to Fire Pam Bondi

For Her Anti-Gun Actions

WHEREAS: Americans deserve an Attorney General who will unequivocally protect the Second Amendment at every turn;

WHEREAS: Pam Bondi has been on the job for nearly 10 months, yet under her leadership the Justice Department continues to double down on key Biden-era gun controls and refuses to comply with the Administration's pro-gun February Executive Order;

WHEREAS: Pam Bondi's DOJ continues to enforce Biden's "Engaged in Business" Rule persecuting ordinary gun sellers, and they continue to advocate for lifetime gun bans, as well as gun bans for military-aged adults;

WHEREAS: Most recently, Pam Bondi's DOJ is demanding lists of the members of pro-Second Amendment organizations in violation of the First Amendment, and;

WHEREAS: Pam Bondi's DOJ as a whole is doing far more to keep treating the Second Amendment as a second-class right than to support it.

THEREFORE: I call for Pam Bondi to be FIRED and for new pro-Second Amendment leadership at the Department of Justice.

Dear Fellow Patriot,

Your National Association for Gun Rights is officially calling for Attorney General Pam Bondi to be FIRED.

Those are not words we take lightly - but Pam Bondi has given us no choice.

It’s been NINE MONTHS since Bondi was confirmed as Attorney General, and in that time, she has repeatedly BETRAYED gun owners time and time again.

In that time, Bondi's Department of Justice has:

Upheld Biden’s anti-gun rules at the ATF
Continually opposed granting rights back to non-violent offenders
Supported BANNING guns from military-aged adults

And the most egregious; Bondi is directly attacking national gun rights organizations by demanding their private membership lists.

Additionally, Bondi and her Department of Justice have even refused to carry out pro-Second Amendment actions ordered by President Trump.

That’s why we’re left with no choice – we are calling for Pam Bondi’s IMMEDIATE termination.
