END BIDEN-ERA GUN CONTROL NOW

Petition to: U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson and U.S. Senate Majority Leader John Thune

WHEREAS: The Biden Administration’s ATF weaponized federal agencies against law-abiding gun owners, gun dealers, and veterans through executive action and backdoor regulation; and

WHEREAS: The U.S. House of Representatives’ draft of the CJS Appropriations Bill defunds Biden’s executive gun control, slashes the ATF’s bloated budget by over $400 million, ends taxpayer funding for Red Flag laws, and rolls back anti-gun policies like federal gun registries and bans on veterans’ rights; and

WHEREAS: Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune recently disappointed gun owners by allowing pro-gun language to be watered-down in the Big Beautiful Bill.

THEREFORE: I urge you to ensure that every pro-gun provision in the House CJS Appropriations Bill is kept fully intact and to use every tool at your disposal to defund Biden-era gun control once and for all.

Breaking news!

The U.S. House of Representatives is advancing the CJS Appropriations Bill packed with some serious pro-gun language.

If passed into law in its current form, the U.S. House CJS Appropriations Bill would:

Slash the ATF’s budget by over $400 million: cutting 1,465 staff, including hundreds of Biden-era gun control enforcers;
Defund Biden’s most abusive anti-gun executive orders: including the ATF’s brace ban, and the home made firearms rule;
Ban federal funding for “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation laws;
Prohibit the creation or maintenance of a federal gun registry;
Stop the federal government from banning veterans from owning firearms without due process.

This sounds good, and right now we SHOULD be fighting to make this bill even more pro-gun.

But we remember how things panned out just a few short weeks ago…

Senate GOP leadership, including John Thune, allowed pro-gun provisions to be gutted from the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill”.

And if they’re not feeling the heat from gun owners like you, they’ll do it again, especially with Committee leaders like Senator Jerry Moran clamoring to keep Biden-era ATF funding.

That’s why I’m asking you to sign your petition to Speaker Mike Johnson and Majority Leader John Thune RIGHT NOW.

Tell them to defund Biden’s gun control, stand up to anti-gun Senate RINOs, and pass the CJS Appropriations Bill with every single pro-gun provision intact.

This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity and it’s one we must not squander.
