No "Assault Weapons" Ban

Petition to my U.S. Senators and U.S. Representative

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED"; and

WHEREAS: U.S. Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and anti-gun lawmakers are pushing a sweeping semi-auto BAN on the sale, transfer, importation, manufacturing, and possession of MILLIONS of semi-automatic firearms and standard-capacity magazines, simply for "looking scary"; and

WHEREAS: Any ban on firearms is UNCONSTITUTIONAL under the Second Amendment, ILLEGAL under the Supreme Court's recent Bruen decision, and a precursor to GUN CONFISCATION.

THEREFORE: As your constituent, I insist you OPPOSE AND VOTE AGAINST any so-called "Assault Weapons" Ban and all other radical schemes to gut our Second Amendment rights. The National Association for Gun Rights will keep me informed of your actions.

Dear Fellow Patriot,

Gun grabbing Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ), Chuck Schumer, and the Democrats are scheming to force a ban on ordinary semi-autos through the U.S. Senate.

This is NOT your grandfather's "Assault Weapons" Ban.

The so-called "GOSAFE Act" would ban nearly EVERY semi-automatic firearm in common use and would ANNIHILATE the firearms industry if passed.

This is not something to take lightly -- even with Republicans in the majority. We've seen Senate Republicans cave on gun control TOO MANY TIMES to sit back and do nothing.

That's why you and I must send a LOUD-AND-CLEAR message against the Democrats' sweeping ban on common semi-automatic firearms and make sure it NEVER gets off the ground!

Please sign your "No 'Assault Weapons' Ban" petition to your U.S. Senators and Representative right away!
