Anti-gun Governor Tim Walz and his DFL colleagues are signaling their intent to hold a Special Session aimed at shredding your gun rights.

DFL legislators in the State Senate are doubling down by holding gun control workshops to consider numerous legislative proposals including:

Stripping state preemption of firearms by allowing localities to create their own gun laws
A ban on homemade firearms
Training requirements

And this is just the beginning!

So-called "Assault Weapons" bans, standard capacity magazine bans, and expanding due process-shredding "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation are also on their agenda.

I need your help to light a fire under ill-intentioned politicians in St. Paul and demand they cease their assault on your Second Amendment rights!

No Gun Control Mandate

To Governor Tim Walz & My Elected Officials

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"; and

WHEREAS: Hunting, recreational shooting sports, and self-defense are crucial to law-abiding Minnesotans’ way of life; and

WHEREAS: The Gun Control Lobby is attempting to push radical gun control proposals, including a so-called “Assault Weapons” Ban, magazine bans, and creating even more deadly "gun-free" criminal safe zones;

WHEREAS: As a pro-gun Minnesotan, I support the Second Amendment and oppose any attempt to restrict the rights of law-abiding gun owners;

THEREFORE: As your constituent, I urge you to oppose and vote against ALL gun control proposals in Minneapolis.
