Dear Fellow Patriot,

Anti-gun Governor Lujan Grisham and her Democrat colleagues are once again holding a Special Session which could eviscerate your gun rights.

So-called “Assault Weapons” bans, expanding due process-shredding "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation, an egregious attack to bankrupt gun shops, repeal of New Mexico’s preemption law, and a sky high 11% excise tax to further depress firearm ownership are just a few parts of their radical anti-gun agenda.

I need your help to light a fire under ill-intentioned politicians in Santa Fe and demand they cease their assault on your Second Amendment rights!

No Gun Control Mandate

To Governor Lujan Grisham & My Elected Officials

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"; and

WHEREAS: Article 2, Section 6 of the New Mexico Constitution states, “no law shall abridge the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms for security and defense, for lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes”; and

WHEREAS: The gun control lobby is attempting to ram through radical gun control proposals including a so-called “Assault Weapons Ban,” magazine bans, an egregious gun shop liability scheme, and creating even more deadly "gun-free" criminal safe zones;

WHEREAS: I am a proud pro-gun New Mexican from your district, and I support the Second Amendment. I frown upon any politician who votes for any form of gun control.

THEREFORE: As your constituent, I urge you to oppose and vote against ALL gun control in Santa Fe.
