WHEREAS:
The Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED."
WHEREAS:
History shows Universal Gun Registration leads to outright confiscation of lawfully-owned firearms; and
WHEREAS:
President Biden's ATF has continually forced blatant attacks on the Second Amendment to push the President's anti-gun agenda; and
WHEREAS:
This proposed rule forces lawful gun owners to participate in de facto gun registration, and have their backgrounds probed by bureaucrats, to exercise a Constitutional right; and
THEREFORE:
As your constituent, I insist you VOTE AGAINST any Universal Gun Registration schemes and do everything in your power to OPPOSE this unconstitutional rule proposed by the ATF. The National Association for Gun Rights will keep me informed of your actions.
