WHEREAS: Any government office created for the purpose of regulating a constitutionally protected right in any manner; and

WHEREAS: Joe Biden's constant overreach on the 2nd Amendment shows blatant disregard for the rights guaranteed to Americans; and

WHEREAS: Biden creating and funding a new department of the government without a vote by the House of Representatives leads to "Taxation without Representation"; and
