The United Nations’ “Small Arms Treaty” has been the Gun Control Lobby’s crown jewel since Barack Obama sent it to the U.S. Senate and insisted we ratify it a decade ago. Year after year, we refused.

Petition to: President Donald Trump and My U.S. Senators

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment clearly states, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

WHEREAS: The UN's "Small Arms Treaty" remains pending before the U.S. Senate and would DESTROY our Second Amendment freedoms by establishing a mandated "National Control System" to register all guns and gun owners – the first step toward outright CONFISCATION; and

WHEREAS: Globalist gun control activists are now urging the World Health Organization to declare civilian gunownership a "global public health crisis" – building an international gun control framework designed to be weaponized against American gun owners; and

WHEREAS: These international schemes are connected – designed to build global pressure on the United States to comply with gun control mandates that American voters never approved;

THEREFORE: I insist you formally withdraw the UN's "Small Arms Treaty" (Treaty Document 14-114) from the Senate, and that you continue to oppose any and all globalist gun control schemes – whether through the UN, the WHO, or any other international body.
